Thank you for shopping with Kicks Club. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason other than in the case of:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Incorrect size sent (different from what was ordered)

  • Defective or damaged product upon arrival

  • We offer 2 days return if the product is damaged of defective.

If your order meets any of the above exceptions, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, based on your preference and product availability.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund (Exceptions Only)

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. if it is damaged of defective. 

  • Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  • Share unboxing photos/videos clearly showing the issue.

  • Ensure the item is unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
  • Exchange/ Replacement delivery will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.
