No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason other than in the case of:

Wrong item delivered

Incorrect size sent (different from what was ordered)

Defective or damaged product upon arrival
- We offer 2 days return if the product is damaged of defective.
If your order meets any of the above exceptions, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund, based on your preference and product availability.
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund (Exceptions Only)
To be eligible, you must:

Contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. if it is damaged of defective.

Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Share unboxing photos/videos clearly showing the issue.

Ensure the item is unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
- Exchange/ Replacement delivery will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.
